Product Manager - AI Products

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager for AI Products to join the "Intelligent Operations Platforms" (IOP) segment. In this role, you will drive the development of AI solutions - spanning both Machine Learning and Generative AI - that empower our teams and help N26 lead the financial industry through technology.

What you'll do

• Work hand-in-hand with Senior Product Leadership to align your roadmap with the broader company-wide AI strategy, while maintaining autonomy over your specific work-streams.
• Drive business impact in high-impact areas such as augmenting Operations, enhancing fraud detection (FinCrime), and personalising marketing efforts.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for specific Machine Learning and GenAI projects, moving from initial concept to full-scale production.
• Act as the bridge between technical experts (Data Scientists, ML Engineers) and business or Product stakeholders to ensure our models solve real user problems.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of AI products, ensuring a healthy balance between launching innovative new features and maintaining high security and reliability standards.
• Support creation and sharing of "blueprints" and toolkits that allow other product teams to integrate AI into their own features autonomously and safely.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, with a clear track record of shipping products powered by AI or Machine Learning.
• A strong grasp of AI fundamentals, including understanding when to use LLMs versus traditional ML methodologies (classification, regression models).
• Comfort working with complex datasets and the ability to define and track the right KPIs to measure model performance and business value.
• Experience working within an Agile environment with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical partners.
