About the role

You are not a typical PM who lives in Jira; you are a builder who uses AI to bypass traditional bottlenecks. You will own the tactical execution and the daily pulse of the product at opus, where AI agents are revolutionizing processes for industrial supply chain teams.

What you'll do

  • Synthesize messy client feedback into sharp, granular, dev-ready tickets without losing anything in translation
  • Use Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt to build functional demos that validate an idea with the customer base — handing engineers a functional reference that proves the UX works
  • Write the specs, define the edge cases, and maintain a high-velocity backlog so engineers never have to guess what "ready" looks like
  • Join on-site at the offices of Europe's industrial leaders, map messy manual workflows, and distill them into requirements for a scalable multi-agent system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the dev team — unblocking them in real-time, coordinating sprints, and ensuring what was promised to the client is exactly what gets deployed

What you'll need

  • Expert at leveraging AI to move 10x faster — you'd rather build a functional MVP in 30 minutes than spend three days in Figma
  • Obsessive about ticket hygiene, clear requirements, and closing feedback loops
  • Native-level German — able to lead a workshop with a traditional Head of Procurement, then pivot to English to coordinate with the technical team
  • Ability to filter client "noise," prioritize what keeps customers happy today, and identify workflows that will unlock 10x value six months from now
  • Low ego, high agency — no task is too small, whether fixing a UI typo or deep-diving into a procurement process flow

Nice to have

  • Portfolio of side projects built using AI-coding tools
  • Background in Procurement, ERP systems, or Supply Chain
  • Strong intuitive sense for clean UI/UX — a "design eye" with a developer's brain

What they offer

  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
  • AI-first, builder environment with the best tools and a strong bias to ship
  • Berlin-Mitte office, high focus, ambitious team
  • 28 vacation days and flexibility when needed
