About the role

This is a Strategic Account Executive position focused on expanding Celonis' presence in the German public sector. You'll work with federal and state-level governmental organizations to position Celonis as a strategic transformation partner, building relationships at the highest levels and driving complex sales cycles.

What you'll do

  • Communicate Celonis public sector-specific value proposition through high-quality presentations and proposals
  • Own annual sales targets within assigned governmental accounts and segments
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and translate them into tangible outcomes
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with partners including consulting firms and technology vendors
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams across business development, marketing, pre-sales, and professional services

What you'll need

  • Deep understanding of German public sector at federal and/or state level with established professional network
  • Strong background in sales and/or management consulting
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures
  • Experience working with consulting firms and enterprise technology providers
  • Fluent German and English communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and decision-making skills
