Salesforce Developer

About the role

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to take ownership of critical integrations between Salesforce and backend systems at Europe's leading automotive B2B marketplace. You'll drive technical excellence while building scalable solutions that directly impact revenue and sales operations.

What you'll do

• Own bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and core backend systems
• Improve and modernise existing Salesforce codebase while developing new features
• Work on Sales Cloud implementations and optimise sales processes and automation
• Build integrations with backend systems and third-party services using event-driven architectures
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Implement best practices in Salesforce development and support administrative tasks

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud
• Deep understanding of backend integrations and distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, and SQL
• Solid front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Comfortable working across both development and admin topics
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• TypeScript experience
• Salesforce certifications
• German language skills
