About the role

As Commercial Excellence Lead, you drive HOLY's retail growth by owning the Price-Pack-Promo architecture and executing Retail's growth levers across Market, Product and Channel. Ensure clarity, speed and execution quality through ownership of the Retail Operating System.

What you'll do

  • Own and define HOLY's retail commercial value logic across markets by setting clear portfolio roles and price-pack guardrails that protect margin and enable scalable growth. Translate this logic into coherent channel strategies in partnership with KAM teams, and ensure global trade term alignment across Sales.
  • Define and execute Retail's key growth levers by leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Market, Product and Channel together with 1 FTE.
  • Own and continuously improve the Retail OS end-to-end by leading 1 FTE, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and high-quality execution across the (steering) team.
  • Act as a close sparring partner to our Director Retail & Omnichannel and support strategic tasks such as Monthly All Hands and Board Meeting preparation, as well as the creation of our bi-annual sales kick-off.

What you'll need

  • Prior experience in CPG is a must, ideally in revenue growth management, commercial strategy, category management, or go-to-market.
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding stakeholder management skills, able to navigate a fast-paced organisation and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and structured; experienced in running multi-stakeholder projects, operating systems, and executive communication.
  • Fluency in English is a must; German is a strong plus.
  • Experience with building reportings, slides and larger spreadsheets; SQL and Data Analytics experience preferred.
