About the role
As a Working Student in Go-To-Market (GTM) at Plato, you will actively support our growth by working across sales, GTM engineering and marketing. You will mostly operate behind the scenes of our sales processes, supporting in the work that enables high-quality outreach, efficient pipeline building, and scalable GTM systems.
What you'll do
- Market & Account Research: Support ICP definition, lead qualification, and account research. Prepare contact mapping and shortlists to enable targeted outreach.
- Sales Enablement & CRM Management: Maintain and enrich CRM data, structure outbound/inbound workflows, and prepare sales materials, and internal GTM analyses.
- GTM Operations & Reporting: Track pipeline readiness, support GTM reporting, and help build scalable systems across sales and marketing initiatives.
- Campaign & Customer Success Support: Support campaigns, content distribution, event preparation, and workshop documentation.
What you'll need
- Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in business, economics, industrial engineering, informatics, data science, or a comparable field.
- Internships and/or work experience in a tech startup, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar field.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences, including customers, investors, and partners.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive your own projects, take ownership of diverse tasks, and embrace ambiguity by being flexible in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities to perform various analyses, tackle complex problems, and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Extensive experience with Excel (Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides); experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems is a plus.
- Native German speaker (non-negotiable), with written and spoken English proficiency (C1+).
