Medical Education Partner - European Universities (Medical Doctor)

About the role

The Medical Education Partner - European Universities at AMBOSS partners with European universities to improve how medicine is taught and learned. As an AMBOSS product expert, you will work closely with faculty, educators and deans to help them integrate AMBOSS into medical curricula. You will support them and help them understand how their students are actually learning and how they can fully benefit from AMBOSS.

What you'll do

• Spend a lot of time talking to deans, educators and faculty members — bridging what AMBOSS can offer, what medical schools need, and how to bring it together.
• Be a partner and contact person to universities and make sure they are using AMBOSS — and if they are struggling, be there to support them.
• Help educators integrate AMBOSS into teaching workflows so they can free up time for things a digital tool cannot offer.
• Train educators and faculty on how to use AMBOSS best.
• Together with the data team, analyse students' performance and convey this knowledge to educators and faculty members so they know how to best support their students.
• Monitor how students and professors are using the platform across your portfolio of universities, and prioritize those that need the most help.

What you'll need

• Medical degree completed recently, or a couple years into residency and up for a change.
• Personal experience using AMBOSS during med school or residency.
• Some teaching experience — as a tutor, in a seminar, or as a doctor to younger med students.
• Comfort presenting in front of a room.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep an overview even when the situation changes quickly.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to meet faculty members and professors at a variety of universities.
