Senior Product Manager - Management Platform

About the role

Build the voize Management Platform from scratch - a 0→1 product that transforms voize from a frontline tool into a comprehensive system for care organization leadership. You'll create the control layer that helps care facilities manage operations, quality, and insights through voize's AI companion platform.

What you'll do

• Lead 0→1 development of the voize Management Platform from initial concept to product-market fit
• Work directly with care facility leadership to understand organizational workflows and bridge frontline operations with management needs
• Build foundational platform architecture for multiple user roles, permissions, and operational workflows
• Form and validate hypotheses through user research, testing, and iterative product development
• Define product requirements, metrics, and outcomes that drive business impact and user adoption
• Run MVP pilots with early users and scale successful features while dropping ineffective ones
• Partner with GTM teams on pricing and packaging as the platform creates new revenue streams
• Travel to customer sites every 2 weeks for direct user research and feedback

What you'll need

• Several years of Product Management experience shipping SaaS or B2B platform products
• Proven 0→1 product experience building complex B2B products from scratch toward product-market fit
• Strong discovery and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments with minimal data
• Experience with product analytics, operational metrics, and translating data into business impact
• Platform thinking experience designing products with multiple user roles and scalable system architecture
• Business-fluent German (C1) and strong English communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly

Nice to have

• Background as Technical Founder, Engineer, or startup veteran
• Experience in healthcare or care facility operations
• User research experience with leadership personas
