About the role

GetYourGuide is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead for Supplier Brand to build and lead the creative strategy for their B2B business. This is the first role of its kind, requiring a hands-on leader to define the visual and verbal identity of the supplier brand and create world-class campaigns that position GetYourGuide as an indispensable partner to attractions and activity providers.

What you'll do

  • Own the supplier creative vision for the B2B brand
  • Translate supplier value proposition into a cohesive, differentiated creative platform that scales globally
  • Build scalable supplier brand systems including guidelines, toolkits, and templates for supplier-facing communications
  • Ensure consistent, premium brand experience across all touchpoints from pitch decks to partner portals
  • Lead concept development and campaigns for supplier-facing initiatives including partnerships with destinations and tourism bureaus
  • Bridge B2B and B2C brand worlds by identifying opportunities to integrate supplier stories into consumer brand
  • Collaborate with Supplier Brand, Sales, Partner Marketing, CRM, Events, and Growth teams
  • Turn complex business problems into clear, inspiring creative briefs and narratives

What you'll need

  • 8+ years in brand, creative, and marketing roles with strong B2B, marketplace, or partner marketing experience
  • Proven track record of building or significantly evolving a brand in high growth or international environment
  • Experience leading integrated creative work across multiple channels and formats
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and storytelling for complex value propositions
  • Ability to move between big picture thinking and detailed execution
  • Deep understanding of how creative drives business outcomes in B2B or partner ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Skilled at setting up effective processes for creative pipeline
