What you'll do

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with C-level attention to optimize the end-to-end planning process for heat pumps, with tangible impact on efficiency, customer experience and installation quality
• Take independent ownership of sub-projects to improve workflows, decision logic and interfaces between teams
• Support analysis of existing processes, identify bottlenecks and develop pragmatic, implementable solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Tech, Operations, Craftspeople) to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and process improvements
• Actively participate in customer meetings and construction sites to understand on-site challenges and directly help shape improvements
• Support project management (PMO): structure tasks, track progress and prepare decision templates
• Hands-on testing of new tools and working methods to continuously improve processes and feed experiences directly back into the organization
• Communicate and coordinate with different stakeholders - from craftspeople to management - with focus on implementation strength and clarity
