About the role We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build Peec AI's outbound engine from the ground up. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, generating qualified pipeline, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to sharpen our go-to-market approach. You'll be Peec AI's Founding SDR, which means real ownership, room to shape how we do outbound, and a clear path to grow into a closing role as we scale. What you'll do - Drive outbound prospecting by identifying and engaging decision-makers across SEO, marketing, and growth functions at companies that would benefit from Peec AI - Execute personalized, high-quality outreach with cold calling at the core and email and LinkedIn in support, to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline for the Account Executive team - Leverage AI-powered tools to research prospects, personalize messaging at scale, and continuously sharpen your outbound approach - Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning based on what's resonating in the market - Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the SDR function scales What we're looking for - Hungry, driven, and relentlessly motivated, with a habit of setting ambitious targets and not stopping until you hit them - A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity, not a chore - Passionate about technology and the role AI is playing in reshaping how businesses operate and grow, ideally someone who already uses AI tools as part of their day-to-day workflow - Highly coachable and open to feedback, treating every conversation as a data point - Excited about the opportunity to learn the full sales cycle and grow toward an Account Executive role over time Bonus points - Experience with outbound sales tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar - Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space - Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, even in a junior or internship capacity - A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets in a previous SDR or similar role
